11U+13U Baseball Camp

4 teams of 5 players will compete within game like drills under pressure to level up and have fun doing it. We will cover the topics of hitting, infield, outfield, back catching, and pitching. Interspersed throughout each day will be athleticism and coordination games to compliment the baseball skills with long term athletic development.

15U+18U High Performance Baseball Camp

Learn what high performance truly is, what it takes to win, and be pushed to improve. This camp is also a great way to prepare for provincials and gain an edge over the competition. We will cover strategies, challenges, and
mindsets related to pitching, catching, outfield, infield, back catching, and hitting. In addition, players will be introduced to
properly structured and progressive strength, speed, mental performance, mobility/flexibility, and nutrition training. To be a great baseball player it takes more than just being above average at baseball skills. Come reach new heights, set yourself apart, level up, and have fun doing it with our expert coaches.

7U+9U Baseball Camp

Your player will have the most fun they have ever had at a baseball camp. Four teams of 5 will learn the
basics of baseball through fun, age appropriate, and engaging drills and games. We will place an emphasis on 3 core
concepts throughout the camp:
1) Listen with your eyes and ears to hear every explanation and see each demonstration.
2) Give 100% effort to beat your own score by the smallest possible margin (very freeing for kids)
3) Hustle wherever you go. Hustle takes no talent just effort and is a quick win that sets players up for long term success.
There will be athleticism skills interspersed throughout the baseball activities each day to enhance each player's long term
athletic development (a lot of the kids love these aspects even more than the baseball activities). As the camp is all day
we will have fun "break" activities to get out of the sun and make sure to stay hydrated and make friends/have fun with
friends.

Come and see what it takes to get to the next level, maximize your potential, define success, and learn what it takes to win. We will cover strategies, challenges, and mindsets related to pitching, catching, outfield, infield, back
catching, and hitting. As well as introduce players to an age appropriate, properly structured, and progressive strength,
speed, mental performance, and mobility/flexibility training. To be a great baseball player it takes more than just being

Mentorship Mindset Camp (7U+9U+11U+13U)

Each 11/13U player will mentor a younger player throughout the camp. Our goal for this camp is to
develop and build leadership, coaching, mentorship, camaraderie, community, and excitement around baseball. Each team will be made up of 10 players (5 older players and 5 younger players) plus a team coach. For the older players this
camp will introduce a whole new level of learning. The younger players receive lots of 1 on 1 attention/coaching while the older players have to learn, master, and teach teach every skill they learn in order to win all the fun games and competitions for prizes.

Aug. 21 st – Aug. 25 th . 9am - 4pm each day.
